LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER

Efficiency Fixture Corporation (EFC) will replace at our discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the EFC. If found defective within the warranty period beginning from the original date of purchase. Our Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the following period specified, induction lamp & generator Ten (10) Years, all fixtures Ten (10) Years.

Obligation of the Original Owner

The original dated receipt must be retained as proof of purchase and submitted upon request by EFC Customer Service for replacement. Shipping to and from EFC is the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions of the Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, fire, flood and/or other Acts of God; misuse, incorrect line voltage, damage caused by improper, faulty or unauthorized installation. Improper or unauthorized repair or damage which occurs in shipping is not covered under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is valid only on products purchased and used in the U.S.A.

The purchaser is cautioned that product performance is affected by environments outside of published specifications.
